Return
The buyer needs afford the postage for return and the return must be done within 14 days after the receipt, if the items needs to be returned for no reason! The items must be new with the original packaging.
Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days after the receipt. Before the return please send pictures or videos of the defective or damaged items to the seller to get RMA number for return. Usually the buyer needs to afford the postage for return first keeps the shipping receipts to get the postage refunded by the seller.
Return by any reason needs a RMA number! Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted.
Please write the RMA number on the returning package.
It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also as the commercial value.
